Our client is a technology company that installs audio and visual equipment in the private homes of high net worth individuals across the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. The executive assistant will support the company s co-owner in daily professional and personal tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee basic clerical accounting functions such as payroll accounts payable and accounts receivable making bank deposits etc. Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars. Coordinate all professional and personal travel arrangements including air hotel ground transportation meal reservations as business needs and personal preferences dictate. Receive screen and route all incoming telephone calls mail publications and correspondence. Develop company policies and procedures to ensure business is running as efficiently as possible. Recommend new software and tools as needed. Research and track vendor events and tradeshows pertinent to the company and ensure all registration materials and tasks have been completed by established deadlines. Assist company in the transitioning file systems from paper hard-copy to electronic. Complete personal assistant tasks as needed including running errands scheduling private appointments etc.
