Customer Service Agent

The American Red Cross Chalco Call Center looking to fill part time positions (Tues. - Sat. 8am - 12 noon) OR (Sunday - Thursday 4 30pm - 8 30 pm). Job position responsibilities include making out bound phone calls ( scripted) to former blood donors trying to get them to donate again. Monthly bonus available if goals quotas are meet or exceeded. Benefits available (yes for part time ) the first of the 2nd month of employment....medical dental vision 401K PTO and more Paid training...next class starts April 6th for four days 8am - 4 30pm. HS Diploma or GED required. One year experience of customer service telemarketing or call center needed.
