He left this 500 acre estate as a gift for community. Cantigny Park is home to the McCormick Museum First Division Museum spectacular gardens picnic grounds nature trails a Visitors Center with banquet and dining facilities educational and recreational programs and much more. Principal Function Sales planning and execution of catering events. Solicit new customers maintaining current customers and promote catering business. Apply marketing principles to assure satisfaction of club park guests. Maximize revenue and control expenses. During the event the Catering Manager supervises catering service staff acts as the on-site contact and supports the Banquet Chef. The position is immediately available references will be needed as will experience in at least three of four key areas event planning sales food & beverage experience and training.
