Family Service of Northwest Ohio - Lucas County is looking for an experienced full time therapist to provide individual family and group therapy in our downtown Toledo office. The position requires meeting a 55% productivity rate completion of all necessary documentation and meeting acceptable Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) standards. Experienced Minimum PC or Master s level LSW. The position is under direct supervision of a LISW-S or LPCC-S.Applicants must be at least 21 pass background check & post offer pre-employment drug screen have a valid driver s license acceptable BMV report dependable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
