Award winning local Deck Company looking for highly skilled Deck builders to join our 6 billion dollar a year outdoor living industry. Seeking 2 Deck crew leads and several deck builders to assist crew leaders. We prefer at least 2 - 4 year s construction experience or 6 year s experience for a Deck crew lead. All deck crew leaders must be good at giving direction and thinking ahead to ensure the crew stay on task. Attention to detail quality craftsmanship and great work ethic are a must. Individuals must have experience with all decking and railing types Including Trex. The successful candidate will have the following Reliable transportation Reliable tools Proficient at reading plans Familiar with local building codes Clean driving record Good communicator Clean appearance and in good health Able to adapt to weekly changing job requirements We specialize in custom high end projects and are in need of an additional Deck crew leaders and entry level carpenters looking to learn a trade. Local travel to jobsites in Denver and surrounding areas required. Year round work potential and excellent pay for the right individual. Applicants must excel at both framing and trim work. Our average deck builders are making 15 - 18 per hour and all of our crew leaders will make over 25 per hour and most are earning 30 - 35 per hour. Attention to detail and motivated builders will be rewarded. We work hard and play hard several times a year we attend sporting events dinners and company outings. Not looking to stand over your shoulder and micro manage we are looking for people that can complete tasks with minimal supervision.
