Super Sweet Congo African Grey Parrot

We have an african grey parrots that i have had since he was 11 months old. they are very lovely birds. Unfortunately as much as i love them i am unable to commit myself to them. parrots need alot of care and attention and having 3 children i do not spend enough time with coco. They are very clever picks up on sounds eats well generally a happy and healthy parrot. but i want them to be someone who loves parrots and will give him the care and attention they deserves.i have they have all paperwork to prove they are date of birth and i also had a metal ring put on they are leg.
