57 yr old retired CNA and husband renting this 3BR 1Bth house and now 1 private rm w free range of home. Have extra rm to share for whatever. Times are Tough so need some Extra Income to survive. Should be a Honest Friendly Responsible Reliable person s w either FT Job or Secure Monthly Income. I m on Disabled FIXED Income so Your Rent has to be in FULL & ON Time to US the FIRST of EA Month w NO Delays Excuses or Exceptions. ALSO if you decide you want or need to move out before end of signed Lease time you need to let ME know in NO LESS than 2 months prior no middle of the nite Vanishing acts Please. Driveway w carport but not used as such too narrow maybe a motorcycle could work I keep garbage cans & mower there. Washer in side area of Carport with another area for some storage available. NO Dryer there is clothesline in backyard or have other arrangements. NO Pets allowed PER Landlord. NO Inside Smoking so if you must take it OUTSIDE. Screened in Front Porch also sm porch outside siding doors in back. Cox Internet only-NO Cable thou House is set up for if You want to pay for and or I possibly can go in w at later time but not now. No furniture per say so if you have some to use bring it on in. NO Drugs Drama Partiers or LOUD Anything Please. It s a Quiet Neighborhood & don t wish to ruffle any feathers. There is a Neighborhood Watch so everyone has ea others back too so to speak. If you wanna see the place first let me know then if your still interested tell me so I can contact the realtor to inform him of your forthcoming Email s to him Have to go thru the Realtor Office w 50 app fee(at) s app.propertyware.com pw portals mhspns tenantapplication.action to be approved for background check etc before we can finalize the deal but (my realtor-AJ Ward) assures won t take but a day or so to complete. Once all the Ts crossed and Is dotted you can move right in sooner the better. It s till the End of Year thru Dec 31. at this point but depending on circumstances could change to ongoing longer possibly. Terrazzo floors so very hard and Cold most the time. Might want to get some thick socks and or slippers nice in summer fall but for spring winter...Brrr. WE will give you Privacy & Respect & expect in return. You will be responsible for your own food cooking and laundry unless other arrangements are made. You are of course to keep up room (such as nothing laying around to attract bugs ants or spiders) & clean up after yourself in Bathroom Kitchen etc. & Any assist in common areas will be appreciated too so basically if you make a mess-clean it up. Amt of Rent Includes Utilities & Internet w the Knowledge if any excess Useage or Increases will be passed onto you accordingly. Also it is expected for us to keep up the yard and lawn so..we can share this duty or share costs for others to do for us. Pretty easy going life here so hope to hear from you real soon.
