Primary job duties of the Recovery Representative include initiating telephone calls to our customers to identify the most suitable way to resolve a balance in the best interest of all parties.We will give you Competitive Base Pay ( 14.25 per hour) Shifts are Monday through Friday 8 00AM-5 00PM (No Weekends ) Rewards and recognition for excellent performance Paid training An opportunity to work at a highly respectable growing company that promotes high performers from within A fast paced exciting workplace A rewarding career helping others Our most successful candidates will have High school diploma or GED 2 year degree a plus Ability and commitment to work 40 hours week a must good attendance is a job requirement Strong demonstrated customer service ability Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic PC keyboarding skills with accuracy Demonstrated ability to perform at a fast and efficient pace to support high volume of outbound calls Prior customer service preferred retail experience welcomed Prior Call Center experience and or prior customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry a plus Datrose is an equal opportunity employer.
