We are looking to expand our construction team with skilled construction assistants and construction managers for residential and light commercial remodeling. The construction manager position is a leadership position required to create and follow a construction schedule while leading a crew to complete all required tasks for the project. This will involve communication with management homeowners employees subcontractors and vendors. We take pride in the product we produce and expect the same out of our employees. Needs skilled experience in rough and finish carpentry with skills in tle drywall paint electrical and plumbing. Lifting and carrying objects ranging from 5-75 lbs will be necessary at times. Must have transportation and be willing to take a drug screening and background check prior to start. Skilled Construction assistant position consists of general remodeling work for residential homes and small commercial settings. This position will follow instructions from a construction manager on site to execute construction projects. Some experience needed in rough and finish carpentry with some basic skills in tile drywall paint electrical and plumbing. Must be willing to learn proper techniques for quality construction. Problem solving skills and time management are essential. Educational background or professional certifications in construction or business is encouraged but not required. Lifting and carrying of objects will range in weight from 5-75lbs and may include up and down stairs. The expectations of work speed is fast but with quality workmanship. All precautions are taken for worker safety according to all local codes.
