Our family runs a Winter Haven motor lodge called Economy Suites. Our staff offers a friendly and secure home to every guest at very affordable weekly rates of single private rooms and shared two bedroom suites. Often we are able to help a senior to transition from one home to another or to find a financially affordable place for our guests.All our suites rooms and apartments have the comforts of home - excellent personal service...We care about every guest in our home 24 7 365 - air conditioning - all updated rooms- free parking- housekeeping (weekly or nightly...that depends on you) - weekly supply of towels linens - tv - microwave - refridgerator- if home health care or personal care assistant is required we refer to local professionals in Winter Haven- up to 3 free personal-assistance-visitations provided by Economy Suites at no additional cost...because there is a one 5 step away from ADA compliance (Nuts Almost made it... ). However this takes a waiver paper. For example if an ADA-compliance certificate is required by a qualified senior citizen to qualify a residential address we cannot provide that. Doorways and other ADA accessibility issues non-compliant obstacles must be inspected and measured. Our manager volunteers to provide any handicapped guest a total of up to three personal-assistance visits per day to overcome the inaccessibility of the one single step for guests who weigh-in at under 300 pounds and have proper equipment. However we can and do provide love and care to our guests. This sometimes makes it possible to overcome accessibility obstacles (ie a 5 step) if the guest and or the family is willing to waive the ADA requirement subject to the Economy Suites proviso that each and every day up to three personal-assistance visitations may be provided to the guest within these specific range of times each day at 6am-7am 12noon-1pm and 6pm-7pm. We know that these visitations make it possible for the guest to get out of the house for exercise and a change of scenery Weekly Rates range - a double occupancy two bedroom suite 225 week ( 12% FL State Tax 336 Total)- and a private single room 300 week ( 12% FL State Tax 336-Total)
