Wanted-CPA with capability in trust and estate tax returns in addition to normal 1040 1120 and 1065 returns. Small CPA office in Sunnyvale. Replacement needed for a CPA who retired and work in that capacity. This is not a full-time year-around job but it can be built into that. The retiree was doing about 85 form 1040 s per year plus another 79 form 1041 s but they usually were linked and 2 or 3 706 s each year. Congenial office with flex time. In addition the successful candidate will have an experienced assistant. Compensation is a percentage of fees billed (we have no collection problems). Normal holidays and vacation (the vacation may be taken after successfully completing a year) based on % of full time worked. Screamers whiners and complainers need not apply.
