Trend Offset Printing located in Los Alamitos CA has 2 openings for Industrial Electricians with Printing Production background.We are a Full Service Family owned Printing Production Warehouse company. We offer 401k medical dental vision and life insurance benefits after 60 days of employment.The ideal candidate must have industrial Electrical trouble shooting skills. The first 8 hours are paid at your base hourly pay and the last 4 hours of the 12-hour shift are paid as overtime.Must be able to perform electrical mechanical maintenance of printing production equipment.This is an hourly position pays depending on experience. The 2 Shifts are 1) Night Shift Position from 6 pm to 6 30 am and2) Swing Shift 12-hour shifts. Must be able to work 12 hour shifts.Must be able to work nights.Must be able to work weekends.Must be able to work holidays.Must be able to work alone with minimum Supervision and work well with others in a printing production warehouse environment.Must be able to pass a pre hire physical drug test.No Sponsorship offered with this position Only local CA candidates please.POSITION SUMMARY Perform work involving troubleshooting repair installation calibration and maintenance to keep machines mechanical equipment or the structure of the establishment in repair working order.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform electrical mechanical maintenance of production equipment. Perform electrical mechanical troubleshooting calibrating and repairs in response to equipment error or failure. Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment (such as die cutters web and sheet-fed presses inserting machines folders conveyor systems bindery equipment etc.) in accordance with diagrams sketches operation manuals and manufacturer s specifications using hand tools and precision measuring and testing instruments. Repair or reproduce parts using welders or machine tools such as lathes milling machines drill presses surface grinders or other machine shop equipment. Perform general plant maintenance inside and outside facility. Assist contractors with specific projects. Log and maintain inventory records of machine parts tools and maintenance supplies. Log and maintain preventative maintenance and maintenance request records.
