Our client a growing machine shop located near Marlboro MA is seeking an experienced motivated Manufacturing Engineer to work directly with the owner to help grow and streamline the business. Responsible for assisting with new project acquisitions enhancing and improving the manufacturing processes managing prototype design assembly and functional testing. Supporting product configuration and engineering change processes streamlining the work flow participating in design reviews evaluating suppliers and collaborating with clients. Must have strong communication and multi-tasking skills and advanced knowledge of CNC milling and manufacturing. Must be customer oriented with a strong focus on meeting customer s needs. Proficiency in CAM programming and CAD software. Bachelor s degree in an engineering discipline and a minimum of four years of related work experience is required.
