One of our well established banking client is looking for Bilingual Technical Support Representative (with Financial Industry Exp) Duration 5 months contract with a high possibility of extension Location Ottawa ON Hours of Work Must be Flexible between Monday-Saturday from 7am 1 am (midnight) Summary The main function of a Customer Service Officer-Online Banking is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the clients issue offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound outbound or a combination of both. Job Responsibilities We are searching for bilingual enthusiastic motivated customer service oriented Telephone Agents (technical support) that thrive in a Contact Centre environment. The successful candidates will possess the following Minimum 6 months of call centre experience Previous financial industry experience with a strong technical support background. Must convey a professional and positive attitude when dealing with customers. Superior analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail and ability to trouble- shoot problems. Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a complex dynamic environment. Previous experience in a business or technical support role. Must be equally comfortable discussing matters in technical and customer-friendly terms especially with customers who may not be technically-inclined. Skills should have previous technical support experience Verbal and written communication skills attention to detail customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one s time. Ability to accurately document and record customer client information. Previous experience with computer applications such as MS Outlook or data entry software. Education Experience High school diploma or GED preferred. 0-2 years customer service technical support related experience required.
