Needing a live in Nanny in exchange for free rent

I m going to be needing a live in person Preferably female to help take care of my children ages 12 and 14 in the Dickinson school district while I work sometimes out of town. You can find employment on the side if you like as long as the kids are taken care of. They are pretty self sufficiant but I prefer to have someone trustworthy around for them.I am a single dad and need to work. I prefer someone younger late 20 s 30 s or early 40 s young at heart with energy to keep up with them. LOL Good fun kids with soft hearts that will treat you with respect.
