HAVE REHAB LOAN NEED TO BUY FIXER ON ACREAGE

Disabled mother and son have just gotten a rehab loan from the USDA but it expires in mid-February so we need to buy asap. Need 3-bedroom stick-built house on over an acre preferably in Mason or Thurston but open to options. We would also qualify for a grant from Community Action Council for insulation new windows etc. at no cost to you.
