Deliver supplies linens and other items to the cleaning attendants linen rooms as directed by supervisor. Position Responsibilities Perform delivery tasks or minor maintenance repair as requested by supervisors or front desk. Including but not limited to guest requests owner requests soiled and clean linen items plunge toilet change light bulbs and supplies to storage areas. Perform carpet cleaning window cleaning high dusting and hard floor cleaning and maintenance utilizing the proper tools equipment and chemicals. Receiving and counting clean linen from contract company. Pick up soiled linen and terry from utility closets. Prepare to send out to contract company. Cleaning lanai furniture flooring and windows arranging furniture. Restocking supplies. Special projects (carpet bonneting or extraction general cleaning tile cleaning high dusting & Ceiling fans) etc. as assigned. Reporting of any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Maintaining confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. Performing other job related duties as assigned by supervisor. Position requirements High School diploma or equivalent additional experience. Good communication skills. No initial experience required. Training program for one week with proficiency reached in approximately 1 months. Drivers license may be required.
