You could move in during December though if needed. There is a possibility that the lease could be extended to run through next school year as well. This is a great apartment in a great location with very reasonable rent. It is close enough to campus that it is a short commute but is also in a fairly residential neighborhood where it is quieter. There is a bus stop right at the end of the block that takes you directly to campus and there is also a bike path to campus directly from our building. The apartment is also within walking distance of Whole Foods and the Hilldale Mall Target. If you have a car there is ample street parking directly in front of our apartment which is free All of the rooms are quite large have huge closets wood floors and are in great condition. The common areas of the apartment are very nice and spacious as well. There is a large bathroom with tub shower kitchen with gas stove and FREE laundry in the basement. Water is included with the cost of rent. We pay for electricity gas and cable internet.This apartment has 3 bedrooms total. The two of us who will be living there are currently UW-Madison students. I am a law student and the other roommate is a grad student. We are both very clean and relatively quiet but still know how to have fun.
