I AM DESPERATLEY IN NEED OF A SERIOUS LITIGATION LAWYERI was recently terminated from my job of 18yrs. I will lose my Health Insurance on May 31st I am 61 yrs. old and my Husband relies on my bringing in the money to pay the bills. I was seriously injuried in 2011 at work. I had 3 surgeries and the Doctors all missed an undersurface tear under my right shoulder. I have documentation from 2011 till 2013 of what was going on throughout my transfer from where I was to where I was terminated. I have a review from a Doctor Cohen done on 12 8 15 I have my FCE from 6 6 13 and they all say that I am not allowed to RESTRAIN UNDER ANY CONDITIONS. HOLDING A 200LB BOY BACK FROM WHERE HE WANTS TO GO BY PUTTING BOTH HANDS ON HIS CHEST TO KEEP HIM FROM GETTING WHERE HE WANTS TO GO IS RESTRAINING.I know years have gone by but the pain continues the older I get. I am getting no help from Workman s Comp. I used to get shots in my shoulder but I can t afford it anymore. Workman s doesn t reinburse me anymore. I know I didn t go into alot of detail I don t have a whole lot of room. Please don t respond if you don t do Injuries At Work or Workman s Comp. We really need your help.
