This is for Drake Court Apartment community- a tax credit property with 138 units. Some weekend hours will be required. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership communication organization computer and people skills. The Property Manager is responsible for overall marketing financial compliance and personnel operations of the community. This includes but is not limited to the following Schedule supervise and direct the daily activities of all on-site staff Compliance with management company personnel and operations policy and procedures and compliance to company standards. Lease administration Maintain the Physical Asset Provide effective marketing and communications including advising management of pertinent issues as related to the community market or other respective issues. Plan promote and implement effective Resident Retention program Responsible for fiscal budgetary and financial compliance Experience or training in related fields of work beneficial Residential Property Management Tax Credit Property Management experience Offers are contingent on a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
