1 A 1 Tutoria Tablet Computer is Hiring Tutors Immediately We are looking for tutors who can work in the areas listed below and can begin working ASAP.We are an SES provider and we work with children who receive free tutoring under the federal No Child Left Behind program. Our goal is to help students develop the English and Math skills they need in order to achieve higher scores on state exams.ABOUT US We work with students in kinder-12th grade primarily in English Language Arts and Math Sessions occur at the student s home or a public library This is a part-time position Tutoring is conducted on a one-on-one basis or in small groups (5 students max) Tutors schedules depend on their availability and the areas in which they can work Tutoring can take place Monday - Friday during after school hours (usually 3pm to 8 30pm) and Saturday and Sunday (8a-8 30p)REQUIREMENTS - One to two years recent experience tutoring or working with children- Professional demeanor and appearance- Ability to meet strict deadlines - Daily internet access- Access to a fax machine or scanner- Reliable transportation and valid insurance- Pass criminal background check and negative TB test within 3 years- Minimum 48 college credits requiredBilingual tutors (Spanish) and iPad tablet savvy individuals are highly encouraged to apply Candidates with iPads tablets laptops preferred (We will use tablets as the book) AREAS We are looking for tutors who live in work in or can easily travel to the areas below.
