Offered Position Position Accounting Firm Manager Working Hours 30 hours per week Offered Period Permanent Start Date ASAP Work Location 920-736 Granville St. Vancouver BC V6Z 1G3 Salary & Benefits 33.65 per hour 10 days of paid vacation Job Duties Achieve accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews preparing and completing action plans implementing production productivity quality and customer-service standards resolving problems completing audits identifying trends determining system improvements implementing change Meet accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements preparing an annual budget scheduling expenditures analyzing variances initiating corrective actions Confirm financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses coordinating the collection consolidation and evaluation of financial data preparing special reports Plan organize direct control and evaluate the operations of establishments that provide services to business such as management consulting market research personnel and payroll services contact center services and security services Plan develop and organize the policies and procedures of these establishments Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts defining accounting policies and procedures Maintain financial security by establishing internal controls Develop action plans provide expertise in response to client needs and support and advise project teams Accomplish accounting human resource objectives by recruiting selecting orienting training assigning scheduling coaching counseling and disciplining employees communicating job expectations planning monitoring appraising and reviewing job contributions planning and reviewing compensation actions enforcing policies and procedures Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies Job Requirements Min. 3 years of management experience in a related field Completion of a bachelor degree program Strong communication skills Financial Diagnosis Analyzing Information Research Skills Reporting Research Results Project Management Ukrainian and Russian languages will be a great asset as most of our clients speak the languages How to Apply Thank you for showing your interest for this position.
