POSITION RETAIL LOSS PREVENTION AGENT POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking people to work as Loss Prevention Agents. No experience required for many positions. This is not a Security Guard Job. Pay range from 12- 18 per hour to start with an increase after completion of a 90 day probation period. These positions are perm full and part time and are flexible to work around a school schedule. JOB DESCRIPTION You will work undercover plainclothes as part of Security team in a major Retail Department store for the detection arrest and prosecution of shoplifters and dishonest employees per company policy. Other duties will include camera surveillance writing police reports safety loss prevention audits. Great advancement into Loss Prevention Management or Investigations. QUALIFICATIONS You must be 18 with no felony convictions. Must be able to read and write English pass a pre-employment drug test. Have the ability to work with Police Officers and Investigators.
