Pipe Benders and Telecom Field Technicians (NY Tri-State Area)

Pipe Benders & Telecom Field Technicians (NY Tri-State Area) UrbanCity is looking for talented technicians & pipe benders to join the UrbanCity team. We need techs qualified in one or more of the following area basic telephony and structured cabling (cat5e cat6 and coax). Technicians should be savvy with computers modems routers and T1 configurations. UCT field technicians perform such tasks as identification installation wiring and troubleshooting of voice and data cabling. Field technicians are required to travel in excess 50 miles from home travel compensation is provided. Field technicians are required to own or possess basic tools to perform work tasks. Candidate Requirements Technicians are required to posses a valid driver s license proof of insurance and RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. Must pass a background check. Must be able to effectively use hand held tools. Must have good written and oral communication skills. Electrical knowledge is a plus. UrbanCity Telecommunications.
