Odd Jobs person

I am looking for someone to do odd jobs in my home.. for example put the covers on my air conditioners painting putting in a light bulb power washing etc. I would be paying this person 12.00 an hour to do odd jobs about once a month this would be good for a gentlemen who is retired and needed some extra cash. Want an elderly person reponsible person and dependable with references. If this sounds interesting to you please respond to this ad. The time involved would be the time it takes to do a particular job. Must be located in the allentown area.
