Water Restoration Mitigation ProfessionalWe are looking for an experienced professional Water Restoration Mitigation Tech for a great opportunity with a Leading Restoration Company.We have an immediate opening for a Water Damage Restoration guru skilled in water damage clean-up and structural drying. Must have experience with water mitigation and in IICRC or Clean Trust procedures and standards. We re looking for a candidate with a job history that demonstrates their qualification for the Water Damage Industry and able to run water mitigation projects. We will train the most qualified candidate if they possess the following -High Level of Integrity-OUTSTANDING INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND SALES SKILLS-Great VERBAL and written communication skills-Organized and have a great attention to DETAIL-First-Rate Customer Service skills (This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT)Duties range from Demolition Pack-outs cleaning and water and or extractions. As well as -Assisting with our Mitigation Department in all day-to-day operations-Responding quickly and responsibly to Water Emergencies handling new and ongoing damage claims including Initial job site Inspections securing the jobs and work according to the IICRC standards. YOU MUST BE WILLING TO BE ON CALL 24 7 for emergency disaster water damage claims and other losses.Qualifications -IICRC or CLEAN TRUST Certification (prefered but will get right candidate certified)-Two years experience in Water Mitigation Restoration-Good writing skills and ATTENTION TO DETAIL-Versatility with on call and overtime availability -Able to follow directions keep the job moving quickly -Good physical condition with the ability to lift 50 lbs or more-Valid Driver s license We look at employment history and background.
