We are now accepting applications for Healthcare Security Officers in Raleigh NC. About position The role of the Healthcare Security Officer is to ensure a safe and secure environment for all patients visitors and staff while adhering to and exhibiting our clients mission and core values. Duties of the Healthcare Security Officers include but not limited to patrolling monitoring assigned areas maintaining visitor control and investigating irregularities provides information and assistance to patients visitors and staff. Minimum requirements Must be at least 18 years of age or older as required by contractual agreement. Must be able to pass any state required training or other qualifications for licensing. Must be certified by a physician as capable of performing the duties prescribed for this position this examination includes a drug screen and TB testing. Good working knowledge of security operations safety practices in a business environment and enforcement of procedures. Must be able to provide upon conditional job offer a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated if prior military.
