This notice is to warn all about Maryland Delaware Officials. I have a friend that s handicapped confined to a wheelchair. About 6 years ago her children Amber Allayah Dewane Jr. and Maria were kidnapped from Rehoboth Beach Delaware. She went to the Attorney General s Office Delaware State Police Child Protective Services the Governor and Senator but doors were slammed in her face She then went to Sussex County Family Court and Wilmington Federal Court but they also slammed the doors in her face Both Maryland and Delaware Officials left these children in destitute because they are bi-racial The father Dewane Williams Sr. is a Black American and the mother Erica Williams is foreign mixed. Not one official from Maryland or Delaware had legal court authority or court orders to remove these children. My friend Erica and her 2 daughters Amber and Allayah were raped by Dennis Daniels and Tony Cropper 6 years ago. Shortly after her children were kidnapped. Both Maryland and Delaware officials neglected them this horrible crime and the rapists were let go. Their Civil and Human Rights have been violated the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution has been violated this is racial discrimination Obstruction Of Justice and Discrimination on a handicapped individual What is this world coming to how can any official turn away from crimes like this This is an outrage and justice needs to be served The mother and father has also been horribly lied on for the last 6 years falsely arrested and charged for crimes they never committed. Why would a police officer falsely arrest the parents but allow rapist and child snatchers go free Where s the justice in this I pray to God this ad goes world wide Maryland and Delaware Officials needs EXPOSING Photos of Robert Bell a registered sex offender standing with my friend s daughter Amber. In the last photo group my friend s daughter Maria and son Dewane Jr. sitting at West End Neighborhood House. The parents having no clue these children were being held hostage by these men or West End Neighborhood House. After years and years of reporting this kidnapping to Maryland and Delaware Officials and begging for help finding their children I found these photos I wanted all to see and hear what Maryland and Delaware Officials allowed to happen to this poor family Photos attached for all to review.
