College students preferred but not required. You don t need to be in the Bay Area but it is preferred. I am willing to travel. Phoenix is OK. Seattle is too far at this point.My ideal girl would be someone who is new to this type of arrangement. She is trying to get ahead in her school career path but finds that CA(and life in general) is very expensive for a young girl starting out.
