Job is located in Rolling Meadows IL. In this Facilities Technician role you will interface and assign tasks to contractors for both onsite support and outside turnkey support contractors. Primarily responsible for Preventative and predictive maintenance. Coordination of electrical shutdowns and safe restart. Develop into and act as project manager for small Mechanical and Electrical projects. Install and maintain systems Fire System PM support operation take down drain refill title 19 activities. Maintenance of Lighting Program spot group re-lamp interior exterior maintain stock ballasts etc. HVAC pm support belts filters duct etc Ground water system maint repair on and off site. Plumbing restroom fixtures Maintain electrical PPE testing JOB REQUIREMENTS
