Program Coordinator Bilingual (Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tucson) compensation TBD non-profit organization Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tucson is seeking a passionate self-motivated Bilingual Program Coordinator. Primary responsibilities are interviewing potential children families and volunteers assessing their suitability and eligibility for our program and supporting all volunteer Bigs and child Littles through monthly phone calls. Other important responsibilities include volunteer and child recruitment conducting volunteer program orientations planning agency outings for Bigs and Littles and collaborating with other Program staff to develop program. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse populations be detail oriented and well organized and have the ability to work independently and proactively. Work experience in social services education and or a nonprofit organization is a plus. Experience in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook and database management is preferred. 32 hours a week M-F with occasional weekend and evening work. Excellent benefits.
