FOR SALE is our stainless steel SUB-ZERO Model 700 TR2. It is an ALL refrigerator (no freezer) that has two separate cooling areas. One cools the upper door area and the other cools the lower two bottom drawers. Both can be set to different temperatures. This unit was purchased about 12 years ago and installed in my residence. It is approximately 80 tall x 27 wide x 24 deep. It fits perfectly into a small closet pantry area for a built-in look. Two reasons for selling are 1) Remodeling kitchen 2) Lower bottom drawers are not cooling. If we were not changing out things I would have it fixed but because of the remodel we have decided to lower the price enough to make it reasonable for someone desiring a high end unit to have one providing they understand someone will have to determine what is keeping the lower unit from not working properly. Since the upper unit still works and both areas use a common compressor it may only be a minor problem like a fan or switch. This unit when originally purchased cost over 5000. If you look at the same model it is more than that. Stainless steel door panels are over 1000 alone. Item is being sold AS-IS.
