Looking for a talking bird to keep me company.

Hello everyone my name is Amber I am looking for a talking bird to help with my seperation anxiety when my bf leaves town for work. I absolutely hate being alone and my boyfriend is out of town for work almost every week. I cannot afford 1000 plus dollars but the bird would be in great hands safe and loved unconditionally. I do not work so the bird would have my full attention. If anyone could help me out in my search that would be great. I live in the cincinnati area.
