Change Managment - Senior Consultant

Responsible for providing the knowledge tools and techniques needed to manage organizational change. Activities often involve (1) engaging stakeholders to build understanding and commitment to the change (2) defining desired behaviors that support the new way of working (3) and planning implementing and sustaining all aspects of the planned transition. Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of comprehensive change programs. Knowledge and Skills - Able to design and implement change strategy for a variety of change journeys for large organizations or global implementations - Extensive business knowledge (does not need to be at CVX) - Provide leadership level coaching focused on building successful change leaders - Manage teams including additional change communication training and deployment resources to achieve successful adoption of the change - Able to determine barriers to change and work with leaders to develop appropriate intervention measures Experience - Worked as change manager for at least 8 years immediately prior - Led global change efforts impacting greater than 5 000 end users in multiple locations & geographies Scope - Change Management Lead for projects greater than 20MM - Lead global change efforts impacting greater than 2 000 end users For further information please respond with a summary of your qualifications and contact information.
