The Construction Drafter will be responsible for the accurate and timely creation administration of technical drawings and specifications along with being an effective member of the team from concept to client handover. Responsibilities Technical proficiency in the specification and design of architectural electrical and mechanical systems preparing detailed design calculations and drawings. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an established career in construction and related (architectural electrical or mechanical systems) design. Under general direction provides advanced drafting and design services by preparing and maintaining blueprints maps and engineering architectural or mechanical drawings Prepare designs and estimate from general instruction and or preliminary sketches diagrams or schematics Recommend modifications and changes for design improvement and simplification Prepare working drawings from conceptual layout to detailed finished product Coordinate computer aided drafting (CAD) projects Prepare and assemble project deliverables The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to those stated above.
