I have two DAYSHIFT openings these openings are for Monday thur Friday 6am-6pm any 10 hours with in those hours. I am a Licensed Type II in Home Childcare provider. I have been providing a home away from home for children the last 15 years. You can trust that your little ones will have all the love and care while they are here in our home as they do at your home. This will be your precious little ones home away from home. I am open M-F 6am to 6pm Being state Certified means that I have a 10 to 1 ratio and are required to have CPR (infant children & adults) and First Aid. This also includes being able to show that we have a clean safe environment for each child in care as well as pass a very detailed inspection. Parents are more than welcome to ask and I will share the report with them. We are also required to have 21 hours of child related training a year as well as having our house inspected at anytime. This current year I am currentlly enrolled in The Common Wealth of Kentucky Childcare Credentials and Directors classes. I have also gotten training in Breast feeding in the Child care environment A Pound of possibilities exploring the minds of infants Classroom Management & layout as well as my annual food program training. I have also completed Music Activities for teachers who cant sing. I attended the early childhood summit where I attended classes on the Kentucky Early childhood standards and Family Involvement the key to students success in school and life classes. I have also completed a class called No I won t and you cant make me how to handle a child who doesn t or wont follow the rest of the class. We have a full week of planned curriculum each week. This will include a letter number shape and color. Our week is planned around what we are learning that week. We will focus that weeks Letter theme which will include a art activity a story music arts & crafts and out door play. We love family involvement and encourage it.I can guarantee that your child will not be sat down in front of a TV all day.We will have an open door policy for each and every one of our families. We love to have family day at least twice a year. We have a fenced in back yard that is the center of our summer time actives. We spend every afternoon outside weather permitting. I do except Child Care Assistance form the state. I have also been apart of the Federally Funded Food Program for the last 14 years. My fee s have been the same for the last few years due to the state raising them. Full-time is 125.00 for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. Full-time being five days with 40 hours. Part-time is 100.00 for children of all ages. Part-time being any combination of days totaling 25 hours. After school care is 75.00 a week. After school care is only available for children who are in attendance full day at school. I also offer drop off care with 24 hour notice. My rate for drop off is 25.00 day. Your fee includes all your child s meals and activities that we do. If you have a child in diapers or formula then you will need to provide those.
