All Valley Home Health Care is a fast growing company looking for responsible energetic Caregivers CNA s who live in the East Valley to work in a home care environment and give one on one care to the disabled. You will provide care and support services and help our clients with activities of daily living and companionship. Required Certifications CPR FIRST AID TUBERCULOSIS SCREENING WE PROVIDE DIRECT CARE TRAINING with a non-refundable administration fee of 35 to hold your spot. We provide training resources to take you to the next level. Essential Functions of the Caregivers Performs duties as assigned on the care plan. Provides for a clean safe and healthy environment for clients and family members. Provides light housekeeping tasks including laundering of client s garments linens and bed changes. Assists in meeting nutritional needs by providing meal planning meal preparation grocery shopping dishes and kitchen clean-up AND Assists the client with ambulation transfers as specified in the Plan of Care. Help clients with activities of daily living by providing any of the care activities including but not limited to bathing dressing toileting grooming oral hygiene and or ambulation. Other reasonable related duties as assigned. Skills Requirements Applicant must have current CPR First Aid and TB screen. Understand they must meet requirements on a Background Investigation and Professional and Personal Reference Checks. Must have reliable transportation and fulfill assignments with reliability and punctuality. Must be able to function in the home setting with minimal direct supervision and maintain satisfactory relationships with administrative staff clients and family members. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and document services provided. Must be genuinely concerned about helping people and have high moral standards of honesty and integrity.
