We are looking to fill SEVERAL customer service associate positions at our Shell Gas Station in Encinitas CA Site 210 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Must be flexible to work various schedules such as weekends holidays and overtime as needed Must have the ability to accurately handle money Must have a strong attention to detail Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have excellent customer service skills Must be capable of effectively communicating with customers and co-workers Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated Must be able to do simple math such as counting recording addition subtraction and multiplication Minimum education level of high school graduate or GED equivalency Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift Regularly lift and or move up to 20 - 50 Ibs.
