East Catholic High School is seeking a full-time experienced administrator to lead the school s guidance department. This 12-month administrative position reports directly to the Head of School and plays a key role in advancing the school s Catholic mission as a college-preparatory high school. The guidance department works with faculty staff and administration to inform and assist students and their families with college counseling along with support in growing through the social emotional aspects of high school. The director of guidance provides leadership to a multi-person department has responsibility for risk management and is responsible for planning administration direction and supervision of the guidance department summative evaluation of its personnel programs and facilities and successful collaborative interaction with the faculty staff parents and administration.
