In accordance with The Arc of Anchorage s mission vision and core values the Team Leader II is responsible for the overall supervision of the program team to which they are assigned. These duties are accomplished through direct supervision of Case Managers or Team Leader I as well as through program team oversight. The Team Leader II is responsible for the daily operations of the program team by managing its resources in an efficient manner with outcomes that are aligned with the personal outcomes of the individuals served. The Team Leader II is accountable to the person receiving supports their team and the agency. Bachelor s degree preferred with concentration of study on social human services special education or other directly related areas. In lieu of a degree a minimum of three years experience working with people who experience an intellectual developmental disability severe emotional disturbance or serious mental illness and a minimum of two years supervisory experience or a combination thereof equaling five years is required. Current Alaska driver s license required level of automobile insurance acceptable driving record and successful completion of the defensive driving course given by The Arc. Clear background check and TB test. Must maintain current certifications in First Aid CPR and Mandt. Other training may be required.
