Therapist will utilize Trauma Informed Therapy practices and other best-practice modalities in the clinic setting. Coordinate effectively with other providers to ensure quality care is delivered. Will also coordinate with management to maintain productivity expectations supervision and effective case conceptualization.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide customer service within established deadlines consistent with organizational values standards and policies. Demonstrate leadership in case-coordination. Complete timely professionally written intake assessments. Manage insurance authorizations in a fiscally responsible manner. Use quality Collaborative Documentation to maintain insurance required documentation. Schedule clinical appointments to meet the clinical needs of the client. Use organization s established tools and procedures to formulate assessment. This includes level of care and risk assessments as needed. Involve family members and significant others as needed to establish a diagnosis. Develop an individualized service plan with the individual and natural supports. Offer trauma informed other best-practice clinical techniques and therapies. Identify concrete service needs and provide integrated treatment with the client s natural supports and providers to demonstrate best-practice. Provide a clinical experience for student interns and conditionally licensed therapists as appropriate.PRODUCTIVITY 65% of forty (40) hours.EDUCATION Master s degree in Social Work or Counseling with a concentration in clinical practice from an accredited graduate school. Other specific training or experience may be required based on the community needs at the time of each specific hiring episode.CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS Appropriate licensing certificate (LCSW LCPC) preferred. LCSWc LCPCc LADC required. Maintain a valid state driver s license.EXPERIENCE Subject to the community needs at the time of the specific hiring episode preferred applicants will demonstrate clinical experience in the areas of Mental Status Assessment and Comprehensive Assessment Clinical Writing Aptitude Case-Conceptualization Treatment design adherence to efficacy of Evidenced-Based Treatment Trauma Informed practice and case collaboration skills.
