My client is a well-established Printing Industry Company situated in St-Laurent Quebec. They are looking for a Bilingual Tier 1 - Technical Support Representative (w-network & hardware troubleshooting Exp) This is a long-term contract with a strong possibility of extension. Summary This position is responsible for driving Customer Satisfaction by providing remote hardware and Network Solutions to External Customers by providing telephone support for a variety of calls ranging from general inquiries to technical service issues. This role provides 1st line support by selling the benefits of trouble shooting over the telephone to external customers to ensure problem resolution and thus establishing customer satisfaction with each call. Essential Functions Provide excellent Customer Service and answer the Customer s call in a friendly and professional manner Establish and maintain good customer relations with both internal and external customers Diffuse difficult Customer situations Focus on providing solutions Solve Customer hardware and network solutions problems at 1st level or engage 2nd level support for resolutions. Meet and exceed performance targets Understand responsibilities of various departments and redirect calls to provide best service Ensure Quality by following call system processes Input information into a computerized data base Organize and Prioritize tasks Generate Equipment Supply Leads Work effectively in a team environment as well as independently Ability to work flexible hours shifts between 8am and 6 pm Monday through Friday Requirements Education IT field Bilingualism is a must ( French and English)- Excellent oral & written communication skills in both languages Previous customer service experience in a call-centre environment is preferred 1-2 years of helpdesk remote technical support experience- Demonstrate success in Remote Skills (Strong problem solving technical ability) High level of achievement and self-motivation PC and Systems knowledge (MS Office Explorer etc.) Ability to work independently in high pressure situations Effective communication skills Ability to multitask effectively with attention to details Aptitude for acquiring selling skills and product knowledge Please note that this is the most up to date version of job description available at this time During Client Interview you will receive additional information variance may apply When you have some time please register in our database (5 minute process) to be considered for future openings the link is available on our website at www.teamrecruiter.com in the Candidate section.
