Help Lynzie overcome her Renal Cancer

My 18 year old daughter was very recently diagnosed with stage 3 Renal Cell Carcinoma (advanced kidney cancer) in both kidneys spreading to her vein taking the blood from her kidneys. This young lady is amazing and keeps us all laughing through this I am asking for any help possible resources are very limited.
