We are a fast growing Landscape Construction and Maintenance company in need of a multi-tasker with excellent interpersonal communications and organization skills. The Business Operations Coordinator is the first voice face of the company and our ideal candidate should be outgoing personable and business savvy.Responsibilities Include Customer Service - utilizing scheduling software client relations contract renewals sales (both retail and landscape services) Reception for incoming calls customer inquiry intake and resolution Performing day to day Quick Book functions such as invoicing accounts payable payroll etc. Organize Files Insurance Policies and Order Supplies Marketing initiatives flyers sales promotions website enhancements Human Resources payroll applications recruiting checking references (when needed) Strategic insight to growth and business fluidity enhancements
