I am renting a private room in my place. Shared bathroom. Must have a job and references. My place is a tiny CLEAN 2 bedroom. Sorry no kids couples 420 a lot of house guests rides in my car or sharing food. There is street parking. I will be running your name.I have a house guest once a month for 3 to 5 days and if you would be willing to vacate on those days I will reduce the rent. Not your stuff just yourself. So that I can use the spare room. (I have the dates for the next year. You would have plenty of notice.) If not that s okay. It s not required it would just be cool.If you would like to come see the place and you are interested in the place please bring I.D. Proof of income2 References (not friends or family)The 150 deposit The full amout for rent. I ll prorate the rest of this month and also April s full amount 750.I also reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time in the first 30 days. This is for my safety. You must agree to this. You would technically be my guest for 30 days not a tenant.And if there is any kind of disturbance or dispute no matter what you are responsible for that 30 days. You will not be refunded. Once you pay your rent I send it to the landlord. If you screw up in the first week you don t get the 3 weeks back. I feel the need to put this in the post due to my prior roommate. He has been here for 1 week and he screwed up. Big time. So therefore I want him to leave and he wants me to give him the rest of the months rent back. Well I ve sent that off to the landlord. So now I m screwed. I just want to make it clear if you screw up that is on you. And yes I make that decision.Crazy people always know how to act sane for just the right amount of time before they release the crazy . That is why I need to reserve the right to terminate the agreement for the first 30 days.I am a female I have lived in LB my whole life. I am pretty mellow. I can be a little uptight. Not unreasonably though. If I were having a bad day I would never take that out on you. And I would always be polite in passing no matter what kind of day I m having. I like my privacy I don t want to hear anyones daily drama I want bills and rent paid on time. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSES.If you don t have it borrow it from someone else before it s due. I don t want to hear any reasons or excuses I really don t care what anyone s going through. I will expect your dishes done the same day and the bathroom clean at all times.Yeah I m gonna just say it... Absolutely NO TRUMP SUPPORTERS. Those people he live on a whole different level of ethics and lack of morals. I can t deal with that mentality. Plus I spent a fair amount of time watching YouTube and hating him.
