Out-of-State family - looking for an affordable housingapt

Hello my name is Chris I currently reside in Commerce City CO 80022. My family is moving out here in June and we are looking for an affordable house apt to rent. Looking for a 2-4 bedroom with 1-2 bathrooms. Our renting budget is 1 400 (I would be able to cover the utilities not included and extras). We are looking to get a place between April to June. We 3 girls (one is in elementary and the other in middle school the other daughter would be visiting summers and holidays). We have 2 older cats and 1 dog which are indoor they have been in the family and we cannot let them go. All the animals are well trained and neutered. I work as a Retail Service Remodel Lead Supervisor with SAS and my wife is a retired Vet with the Army. She is disabled due to the military but has been a professional jeweler for 3 years.
