Located in downtown Kamloops BC this permanent position is ideal for a candidate with a great interest in a career within Financial Planning and with fantastic administrative experience. Within a fast-paced office this position will include Receptionist duties creating a warm and inviting environment while maintaining a confidential setting answering busy phone line maintaining a tidy office work space and meeting room Assisting with day-to-day scheduling for the Financial Advisors Process all forms of investment trades and transactions new purchases transfers systematic withdrawals change of addresses Follow up on all transactions and trades to ensure timely settlement and accuracy Scanning and filing all client documents Maintain client files within in-house database Participate in meetings and educational seminars when required Requirements 3-5 Years experience within a fast-paced professional Office Setting and similar role Previous experience within a Financial Planning office an asset Excellent Customer Service and Reception skills Must have fantastic Microsoft Office skills - Word Excel and Outlook TO APPLY Submit your resume at excel.bc.ca opportunities Principals only.
