You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe quality food in a friendly manner. Inventory counts and control of inventory on your shifts. Support new hiring training and complete initial interviews for crew members. Execute great running shifts meeting company targets Operations & Financial budget. Must have reliable transportation when running shifts vehicle must be on premises. Able to do basic business math Able to stock shelves and coolers complete food safety audit checklist daily. Pass Brand audit quarterly Role model professional brand image (Uniform) grooming standards and enforce with team. Conflict Management & Incentive Management processes Train Coach & Delegate tasks to your team while running shifts. Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction Able to sweep and mop floors dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant Able to tolerate standing walking lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 90% of time.
