Legal Services of Southern Missouri (LSSM) provides civil legal services to low-income families and is seeking an experienced paralegal victim advocate. Qualified applicants must have a college degree or at least six years experience excellent attention to detail research skills the ability to work under pressure has great communication and organization skills. The position will also work with victims of abuse and other crimes in assessing the need for social services support services available resources and identify barriers of victims and develop plans to help victims overcome obstacles to healing. The position will work with a wide variety of community programs to ensure victims receive holistic services. This position will be located in the Cape Girardeau MO office. Salary commensurate with experience. LSSM offers excellent fringe benefits.
