I am a middle aged gentle man living with my two visiting brothers who share one of my rooms. I am seeking a roommate male or female preferably college student to share my nice and clean four bedroom house with a large backyard all bills paid including Wi-Fi and cable TV. Located in a beautiful and secure neighborhood the house has a shared spacious living room kitchen and a laundry room. It also has a shared toilet except for th master bedroom. the room includes a Queen sized bed table and closet and can be furnished depending on the roommate preference. My prefered roommamte should be a non-smoker a quiet drinker (no other drug) not a pet keeper and must pass a background check. I also prefer to be notified before bringing in guests.
